How warm does the pad get?
Six levels from about 104 to 140 °F (40–60 °C). Start on the lowest and only turn it up if you need to.

Does it switch itself off?
Yes, after 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes – whatever you set on the hand controller.

Can I fall asleep with it?
No. Use the timer and switch the pad off before you sleep.

Can I clean it?
Yes. Unplug, detach the cable and clean as described in the instructions.
